Deirdre Howard RD, RYT

Hi! I’m Deirdre.

I am a registered dietitian and certified yoga teacher located in Syracuse, New York. I am passionate about helping individuals heal their relationship with food, exercise, and their body.  I provide nutrition counseling for individuals who are looking to break away from dieting and recover from disordered eating. It is my hope to inspire health from a place of peace, compassion, and trust.

I work from a non-diet approach and work with the principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. I believe that your “best self” does not have to include restrictive eating plans, punishing workouts, or depriving yourself from enjoyable and satisfying meals.
